Momnt is an iOS social app concept built around sharing moments as they happen. People can post stories, discover content, go live, and keep conversations going through messages. The interface brings these everyday interactions together in a clean, lively experience.
Designed for the moments in between.
Momnt brings stories, live sharing, and conversations into one simple flow. The design keeps content at the center, with clear navigation and subtle color cues that help people move naturally between watching, sharing, and connecting.
01 — Define the concept
Set the direction for MOMNT as a social app focused on sharing everyday moments through posts, stories, and live video.
03 — Plan the screens
Sketched the layout of each screen and placed the most-used actions where they are easy to find.
05 — Design the interface
Designed the key screens and connected them into a consistent experience, from discovering content to sharing and chatting.
02 — Map the core flows
Organized how people move between the home feed, Explore, creating a post, live video, messages, and their profile.
04 — Create the visual style
Built a clean interface that lets photos and videos stand out, using color to highlight stories and live activity.
06 — Refine the details
Adjusted spacing, typography, icons, and navigation so the screens feel clear and work well together.
Design Process
Problems
Social apps bring together posts, stories, live video, and messages, but moving between them can feel overwhelming. For MOMNT, the challenge was to make each interaction easy to find while keeping the content in focus.
Too many steps between seeing a moment and sharing one can make posting feel less spontaneous.
When stories, live content, and regular posts compete for attention, it becomes harder to find something worth exploring.
With several ways to watch, react, chat, and manage a profile, the interface needs a clear path through the app.
